Park Hours & Entry

• Opening Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Ticketing: Please present your printed ticket at the entry gate. Please present your activity tickets or pass to activity operator present at each activity.

 Ticketing & Packages

• General Ticket: Includes entry of one person. Valid for single use.
• Children Tickets: Includes entry of one child. Valid for single use.

 Safety & Conduct

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Follow ride-specific instructions and height/weight restrictions.
• Alcohol and Smoking is prohibited.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• Please see our list of prohibited items, for a detailed listing.
• Aggressive behavior, vandalism, or queue-jumping may result in removal from the park
• Rights of admission reserved

Dining & Refreshments

• Food Courts: Multiple cuisines with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Restrooms are cleaned twice daily.
• Please dispose of waste in designated bins to help keep Accoland beautiful.

Photography & Media

• Personal photography is welcome!
• Professional shoots require prior purchase of photography pass
• Drones are not permitted without authorization

Emergency & Assistance

• First Aid station is located at the reception.
• For lost items or persons, contact the reception
• Security personnel are stationed throughout the park for your safety. Please obey their instructions carefully.
