Terms of Sale, Cancellation & Refund

Tickets sold at Accoland Park are final upon purchase and cannot be modified, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances. Products sold at Accoland Park may not be cancelled or refunded. They may be exchanged for item of same or less value.

Restaurant

Dining reservations and meal tickets for the Restaurant are also non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked. Food sales are non-cancellable and non-refundable. 

No-Refund, No-Cancellation Clarifications

• All sales are final.
• Lost, misplaced, or unused tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
• Changing the date or time of visit or reservation is not permitted.
• Group bookings fall under the same no-cancel, no-refund rule.
