Terms of Sale, Cancellation & Refund

Tickets sold at Accoland Park are final upon purchase and cannot be modified, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded unless under exceptional circumstances wherein the park is unable to open or its operations are effected by extraordinary circumstances.

Refunds will be provided for advance online ticket purchases to the mode of payment used to make the reservations in these exceptional cases and effected clients will be notified about the same on the email address registered during the time of reservation. 

 

Restaurant

Dining reservations and meal tickets for the Restaurant are also non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked. Food sales are non-cancellable and non-refundable. 

 

No-Refund, No-Cancellation Clarifications

  • All sales are final.
  • Lost, misplaced, or unused tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
  • Changing the date or time of visit or reservation is not permitted.
  • Group bookings fall under the same no-cancel, no-refund rule.

This policy applies to all ticket, products and dining purchases effective immediately and supersedes any prior communications.
