Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all products, tickets, dining vouchers, merchandise, and food items for sale at Accoland Park. It outlines our approach to order fulfillment and delivery.

In-Store Sales Only

All purchases must be made and collected on-site. We do not offer shipping, courier service, or home delivery for:

  • Amusement park admission tickets
  • Restaurant sales bills
  • Food and beverage items
  • Branded merchandise and souvenirs

Order Placement & Pickup

  • Select your desired item(s) at any park ticket counter, merchandise outlet, or Restaurant.
  • Complete payment using your preferred in-store method.
  • Receive a printed ticket, voucher, or receipt at the point of sale.
  • Present your receipt or ticket at the entry gate, restaurant, or merchandise counter for redemption.

Special Circumstances

While shipping is unavailable, we can accommodate:

  • Bulk order reservations (e.g., group meal packages) with advance notice

Please note these arrangements still require on-site collection.
