Online Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions
- The Primary Guest’s name will be printed on the tickets after purchase and their presence is mandatory. If you are purchasing tickets for someone else, please create an account for them . The Id of the Primary guest will be checked at the entry gate on the day of the visit.
- QR coded tickets will be available for download at the end of the booking process along with the bill of sale. The Primary Guest is responsible for the downloaded tickets and the bill which have to be provided to gate staff on the day of the visit. These tickets will open the gates to the park when scanned.
- Primary Guest is responsible for checking the Children’s height before purchasing tickets.
- Valid ID of the Primary guest (Driver’s License, Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID) will be verified before entry is granted to the group.
- Primary guest is responsible for printing individual QR tickets and distributing them to the group.
- Phone scans are not allowed.
- On the day of the visit, if an entry is made to the park by scanning an emailed QR ticket, it cannot be used for entry again.
- Primary Guest is responsible for security of the purchased QR Tickets.
- Accoland Management & Staff are in no way liable for duplicate QR tickets or responsible for issuing a second ticket if the security of an emailed QR ticket has been compromised or it has been used by some other individual on the day of the visit.
- All of Accoland’s other rules for ride use, re-entry, closure times, etc as mentioned on the entry gate and manual ticket counter shall remain the same for online ticket holders.
- Guests are required to retain their QR Tickets till the end of their visit.
